Jeffery, Sally (Reed)

Sally Jo Jeffery, 56, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018, in Des Moines. Funeral Services will be held 7 p.m. Friday, February 23,at Iles-Brandt Chapel in Dallas Center, where the family will receive friends from 5 - 7 p.m. Cremation will follow the service and private inurnment will be held at Waukee Cemetery. Sally was born January 11, 1962, in Des Moines to David and Catherine (Jones) Reed and graduated from Waukee High School in 1980. She married Olan Jeffery on May 23, 1990, in Key West, Florida. They enjoyed riding motorcycles and traveling. Sally loved dogs (especially Sadie, Lacey and Matilda), camping, gardening, music and cooking. She cherished the time she spent with her family and close friends. Sally spent many years working with different financial departments at Norwest/Wells Fargo Bank and later at Iowa Steak Company as a payment processor. Sally is survived by her brother, Daniel (Donna) Reed of Adel, IA; step daughter, Sara (Brady) Coe of Des Moines, step son, Bryan Jeffery of Des Moines,and niece, Miranda Reed of Chicago, IL.
