How Did We Do?

Terrance David Hamilton May 15, 1978 ~ February 21, 2018 Terry was born in Renton, Washington

Preceded in death by his father, Charles "Mark" Hamilton and his grandfather Terrance D. Hamilton

Terry is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Brook Hamilton and precious daughter Piper Hamilton both of the family home in Ruston, WA. His mother Barbara (John) Sentino, Renton, WA, his brothers David Hamilton and Jonathan Hamilton and nephews Tytan and Ryker Hamilton of Renton, WA. His grandmother Mary Hamilton, Renton, WA, Grandparents Laurence and Bette Filley, Renton, Wa. Uncle Richard Filley, Mesa, AZ., Aunt Patricia (Tere) Messenger, Placentia, CA., Aunt Kathryn Filley, Renton, WA, Uncle Thomas (Oksana) Filley, Newcastle, WA. Uncle Steve (Gail) Hamilton, Yakima, WA. Terry also left numerous cousins and many, many friends. Terry graduated from Liberty High School and Edmonds Community College and also served in the US Marine Corp. Terry was an extremely hard worker and 100% a family man. Brook and Piper were the most important people in Terry's life and everything he did was to make his family's life better. Terry absolutely loved the outdoors. Catch and release fishing, fly fishing and an art he learned from his grandfather Hamilton when he was a little boy, tying flies. Terry took great pleasure in training and spending time with his beloved dog Sol -leks. Terry was a Company Superintendent for Laser Underground and was extremely proud of all the building projects he was involved with all over King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties. Many folks will be unknowingly impacted by his passing. Words cannot describe the horrendous loss all Terry's family and friends are suffering from this great, stand up guys early, young demise. Terry was a wonderful Husband, Father, Son and Big Brother. Terry was taken from our world far too soon and the loss we are feeling is devastating. Terry fought his cancer with grace, dignity and everything he had and will be eternally missed by all those that knew him. A scattering of ashes will take place at a later date. To best honor Terry, remember to always " Live The Dream" as he would!

Rest in Peace my dear Friend.. I always think about that camping weekend in Ellensburg & a weekend full of non-stop Presidents of the United States.. and you trying to teach me to drive your truck! Yikes! Lol!!! You are such a brave man and such a wonderful human.. When you told me you were sick, I had not a single doubt you would pull through... But things happened and your presence was needed somewhere bigger than we can all comprehend. I find comfort knowing that your journey has just begun. You have a beautiful family to watch over now. You did so good!! Love You!

To my Dear Son Terry,
Not a day goes by that you are not Loved, thought of, remembered, cherished and missed. Today is your 40th Birthday and tomorrow it has been 12 weeks since we lost you. For everyone that knew you, our lives are changed forever without you here sharing your sense of humor, dreams, plans and ideas. You were stubborn when it came to being born, you were 1 month over due, and had to be induced and even then, you did not want to come into this world just yet, but you were finally born on the Monday after Mothers Day! The nurses brought me all the gifts they had given to new mothers on Mothers Day because they said I had worked so hard to have you, we deserved them. You are my 1st born and the 1st child that made me a mom and I just can't believe that it has been 40 years since we met face to face. Thank you honey for being the son, father, husband, brother, grandson, friend, boss, and coworker that you were. Thinking of you always, but especially today on this milestone birthday of yours. You are Loved and Dearly Missed my favorite oldest son.

No words can possibly explain the feelings that come with the loss of this incredible unique soul. Such a strong person, loyal husband, devoted father, and to me a rare true friend. I will miss him tremendously and treasure the memories although brief that I have. My thoughts and prayers are with his family now. My deepest condolences for your family's loss.
