Terrence Patrick "TP" Donovan, 73, passed away Saturday, February 24th after a long illness. He was born in Harrisburg, PA to the late Berchman Francis Donovan and Leah "Lee" Gertrude Tremel on January 31st, 1945. He was preceded in death by his brother James Michael Donovan. He is survived by the love of his life and wife of 54 years, Judith K. Storms Donovan, four children, and three grandchildren: Sharon (Stuart), Matthew and Nicholas Odle, Susan Donovan, Sally (Dennis) and Kelly Lehane, Shawn Donovan, and his nephew Bert M. (Lindsay), Iris and Leo Donovan TP was an entrepreneur. He began his career as owner of Curley's Cleaners which he expanded into 13 stores prior to his purchase of Olinger Liquor Distributing Company. He engineered the growth of Olinger to one of the largest liquor distributorships in the State of Indiana. He was a skilled motivator, leader, and mentor. He was interested in politics and shook hands with five U.S. Presidents. He will be remembered for his unending generosity. He was twice awarded the Sagamore of the Wabash. ry loved golf and had been a playing member of Highland, Meridian Hills, and Harbor Trees Country Clubs, and was member of Bridgewater Club. He enjoyed traveling to Florida and living part time in Las Vegas Visitation will be Wednesday, February 28th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Leppert Mortuary, 900 N. Rangeline Rd, Carmel, Indiana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am, Thursday, March 1st, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 E. 191st St, Noblesville, IN with calling starting at 10:00 a.m. The family greatly appreciates the loving care he received from his caregivers, the staff at Wellbrooke of Westfield, and the Eucharistic Ministers from St Maria Goretti. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, alz.org.
