Clifford Stavnes

Clifford Paul Stavnes was born on October 2, 1981, in Worthington, Minnesota to Alvie Paul and Rita (Frank) Wersal. He was baptized in October of 1981 at Old Westbrook Lutheran Church and was later confirmed on May 14, 2000 in that same church. Clifford received his education at Red Rock Central where he graduated from in May of 2000. He worked for Balzer Manufacturing in Mt. Lake where he was a welder. Clifford was a member of the Old Westbrook Lutheran Church. He will be remembered for many things which included fishing, working on the farm and in the shop, spending time with Tori and her children, spending time with his brothers and friends, and most of all, riding his "scooter". Clifford is survived by his parents, Rita Wersal of Milroy and Alvie Stavnes of Lamberton; fiancé, Tori Netsch of Windom; grandmothers, Vernette Olson of Westbrook and Eleanor Frank of Lamberton; one sister and four brothers, Amy (Tim) Iverson and family of Wabasso; Chad (Jenny) Stavnes and family of Lamberton; Tyrus Stavnes of Sioux Falls, SD; and Jordan and Brandon Stavnes of Lamberton.
