oyed life to the fullest and as a younger man, he enjoyed bowling in McCallsburg and being on the fast pitch softball team. He loved his family, spending time with his grandkids, Oliver Tractors, playing pool, reading, fishing, trains, playing chess, magic, brain teasers, old thrashers reunions in Mt. Pleasant, he loved watching his grandkids play basketball, and tinkering on his tractors. Those left to cherish his loving memory are his wife, Connie Woster of McCallsburg, IA; children Christie Farrington of Waterloo, IA, Melissa (Chris) Anthony of Ames, IA, and Marcus (Angela) Woster of Roland, IA; grandchildren Nicholas Woster, Cheyanne Farrington, Dallas Farrington, Shelby Anthony, Tyler Anthony, Hailey Anthony, Carson Woster, and Skylar Woster; mother-in-law Jo Banks; sisters-in-law Shirley Woster, Bernetta Woster, Cindy (Denny) Cairns, and Shari (Gene) Richardson; brothers-in-law Max Larson, and Larry Banks; many nieces, nephews, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Gordon, Marion, Virgil, Loren Dale, Francis, sister Lois Larson, sister-in-law Edell, and father-in-law Laurence Banks Jr. Fredregill Funeral Home in Zearing has been entrusted with the care of Carroll and his family.
