d five years near Jewell, IA and two years near Williams and Union, IA. In 1965 they returned to Williams to buy the farm. They lived there for over 50 years. Zona worked at the Ellsworth Turkey Plant and taught Sunday School while living in Jewell. She kept busy raising Jim and Donna and working with Edward on the farm. She made time to be at all Jim and Donna's school and sports functions. She was a fantastic cook and family favorites were her chicken and noodles and rhubarb or cherry pie. Her favorite times were family reunions, celebrating holidays and birthdays. Zona always made an annual trip to Omaha to celebrate Donna's birthday. Decorating before Memorial Day was also very important to her. Zona passed away March 16, 2018 at Southfield Wellness Community in Webster City, IA. She had moved there July 1, 2014. Zona was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Fay Rossow; brothers, Blairs (Doris) and Donald (Marilee) Rossow. Survivors include her husband, Edward Henrichs of Williams; her children, James Henrichs of Williams, IA, Donna Mae (Al) Anderson of Omaha, NE; five grandchildren, Edward (Rachelle Faas) Clayton, Chris (Jennifer) Henrichs, Katie Mae (Nathan) Kraemer, Shane (Kate) Clayton, Tim (Brittany) Henrichs; 11 great-grandchildren, Christian, Taylor, Tatum, Evan, Cash, Ryan, Ethan, Maddi, Macy, Kingston, and Oaklin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Disease Research. Following the funeral please join the family for lunch and fellowship at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center Luncheon Hall.
