Elsie A. Forrest, born Dec. 10, 1927, passed away peacefully March 19, 2018. In retirement she was a very active amateur photographer with local photo clubs, and enjoyed oil painting. Her memorial service will be Wednesday, April 18, 10:00 am, at St Matthew Episcopal Church, 6800 Eastside Dr. NE, Tacoma. Remembrances to Disabled American Veterans.

Although I knew Elsie for a brief period of time, I found her to be a truly delightful person. I was so amazed of her art work, photography and positive attitude towards life.
