icated wife and mother. She cared for her children while they were growing up. Later in life she worked for Central Surveys for 6 years. Beth was a wonderful cook. The family looked forward to enjoying her fabulous cinnamon rolls, especially on their birthdays. Her family was of utmost importance to her and she especially loved being a grandmother. She stayed active in several clubs including the Shenandoah Hospital Auxiliary, The United Methodist Women; where she served as a district officer, The Neighborhood Club, and she also belonged to several community card clubs. She had been a member of the Northboro United Methodist Church since 1940. Beth was preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Mrytle Foxworthy; in-laws Claude and Lois Apperson; brother Bill Foxworthy; granddaughter Amy Apperson; brothers-in-law Lyle Apperson and Clayton Ryan; and son-in-law Lee Don Martin. Those left to cherish her memory include her faithful husband Randall of Shenandoah; children Robert Apperson of Blanchard, Kathyrn Martin of Odessa, TX, Richard Apperson and wife Sandra of Northboro, David Apperson and wife Linda Nossar of Winston-Salem, NC and Douglas Apperson and wife Connie of Shenandoah; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter; sisters-in-law Doris Ryan, Sharon McColligan and Jeannie Foxworthy; other relatives and many friends.
