Pearl Burling

Pearl Burling, 90 of Nevada, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018, at Story County Senior Care in Nevada. Pearl was born August 27, 1927, in rural Reeder, North Dakota the daughter of Andrew and Annie (Anderson) Ostlund. She graduated from Reeder High School and was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church in Nevada. Pearl is survived by her children: Kris Burling of Mesa, AZ, Dan (Beth) Burling of Bloomington, MN and David (Chris) Burling of Nevada; four grandchildren: Derek Burling, Jeremy Burling, Joshua Burling and Benjamin Burling. She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters and one brother. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3, at Memorial Lutheran Church (701 11th Street) in Nevada. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Nevada. Memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Lutheran Church in Nevada.
