Catherine Louise Sturm

Catherine Louise Theisen Sturm, age 85, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 in Madison. She was born on March 11, 1933 in Fond du Lac to Henry and Vivian Theisen. There she married high school sweetheart, Dr. Rodney Sturm, on June 19, 1954. In 1955 she graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Business as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and the National Business School Honor Society. She belonged to Chapter BY, PEO, Blackhawk Country Club, Night Owls dinner-dance Club, Harlequin dinner-dance club, and Covenant Presbyterian Church. She and Rodney have two sons, Peter of Minneapolis and Eric of Madison. Her favorite pastime was doing anything with her family, particularly downhill skiing in Colorado. She also loved to play golf, to dance, and to read. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, William. She is survived by her husband, her two sons, daughter-in-law Lori, two grandchildren, Maddy and Tucker Sturm, and son-in-law Mark. There will be no visitation.
