enerous financial support. She was a member of the (moderately rebellious) Queen of Peace Community and St. Thomas Aquinas parish. Hers and Ed's move to Oakwood brought contact with many new friends. She threw herself into and enjoyed the wide range of cultural and entertainment offerings there. She and Ed visited nearly all the major art museums in the U.S. and many abroad. One of her real joys was being a docent at UW's Chazen Museum of Art. For a number of years she organized outings for docents to art museums in Chicago, Milwaukee and other cities. Lynn will be remembered as a great mom, a wonderful wife, and a very sweet friend. She is survived by brothers Ronald Murdock and Philip Carroll, both of Vermont and their families husband Ed, children Karl, Andrea, and Erik and five grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11 am at the Oakwood Village University Woods Resurrection Chapel, 6201 Mineral Point Rd, Madison on Saturday, April 21, 2018.
