ers Lutheran Church. She belonged to the Mary Circle and also the Quilting Club. Dorothy and Elmer enjoyed dancing, especially to polka music. They belonged to a Polka Club for many years and also enjoyed going to the Surf Ballroom. Dorothy looked forward to meeting friends at Jean's Cafe for breakfast even after Elmer's passing. She also looked forward every year for the Robeoltman Cousin's Reunion. After her retirement, Dorothy volunteered at the Rockwell Community Nursing Home, winning many volunteer awards for her time of service. She volunteered up until the time she became a resident of the nursing home on August 5, 2017. Dorothy touched so many lives in the community and was loved by many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Elmer, and sister, Ruth Waldron.
Those left to honor her memory include sister-in-law, Betty Sjostrand, and several nephews and many cousins.
