hostess. She enjoyed various, crafts, and creative projects. She loved the outdoors, camping trips with the family, and golfing with her husband and sons.
Eileen and Phil were devoted members of the First United Methodist Church of Fort Collins, and participated in various church related activities.
Eileen is survived by her three children, Douglas (Amber) Kelsall, Matthew (Jill) Kelsall, and Marsha Lowsley; seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Eileen was predeceased by her parents, Harvey and Elizabeth Stoddard; brothers, Gordon, Neil and Earnest Stoddard; and twin sister, Jean Fuller; eldest son, Daniel Kelsall; son-in-law, David W. Lowsley, II; grandson, Patrick (Mac) Kelsall; grandson-in-law, Brandon Fry, and her husband of 63 years, Philip Kelsall.
Our family would like to express our sincere appreciation to the staff of Pathways Hospice for the care and support given our beloved mother and to the family.
A private family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
