Tennis Team is in the Michigan High School Sports Hall of Fame. Steve loved and was loved by his family, and his memory will be cherished by Patricia, his wife of 40 years; his children, M. Lynn Rasch of Culver, IN, Mark S. (Liz) Rasch of Bellbrook, OH, Leslie Slater-Rasch of Pittstown, NJ; Ted Rasch of Grand Haven, Julie Renee (Mark) Downing of Twin Lake, Corrin Patrice (L.C.) Cobb of El Dorado, AR, Robert A. (Cathleen) Dubault of Norton Shores, and Amy Lynn (Dennis Bringedahl) Dubault of North Muskegon; 5 grandchildren, Ruth (Evan) Baker, Matthew Rasch, Rebecca Slater, John Douglas Rasch, and Andrew Slater; 2 great-grandchildren; Jackson and Adeline Baker; several nieces and nephews; and special furry friends, Charlie and Toby. Steve was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Marie Beekman; and 2 sisters, Elizabeth Ann (Betsy) Whitelaw and Nancy Louise Law. The MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Marian Chapel, 2929 McCracken, with Rev Fr. Charlie Hall presiding, and Full Military Rites afforded under the auspices of VFW Muskegon County Council. VISITATION will be held Monday evening, April 23rd from 6-8 PM at The Lee Chapel 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100, and one hour prior to the Mass at (10-11AM) at the Church. THE ROSARY will be prayed at 7:30 PM Monday evening at the funeral home.
