Michael Douglas Skow, age 66, Omaha, passed away May 12, 2018. Mike was born in Dallas, Texas on March 12,1952, and grew up in Council Bluffs attending Thomas Jefferson High. He enlisted in the US Army in 1969 and proudly served his country. Mike worked in the banking business at both First National and Omaha National Banks, retiring four years ago. He was united in marriage to wife Jenny in 1993. He was an avid sports fan, especially the Cubs and Steelers, and had a special love for Dachshunds. Mike is preceded in death by his parents. Donald and Kathleen Skow; and Don's second wife, Charlotte Skow. Survivors include the love of his life, wife Jenny; and his children, Kerri Block-Skow (Geoff Geisler) of Council Bluffs, Michele Weiss (James) of Olathe, Kansas, Lori Watts (Brian) of Kearney, Missouri; 7 grandchildren, Kristen, Taylor, Paige, Shalynn, Kayla, Brody and Kamryn; 2 great-grandchildren, Jayce and Kara; and his beloved dogs, Mack and Mary.
