Evelyn, survivors include a daughter, Shari (Ron) Rezachek of Manitowoc; a son, Steven (Diane) Menting of Antigo; five grandchildren, Walker (Maggie) and Justen Shadick, Matthew and Morgan Menting and Marcie (Mike) Gottschalk; three great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Melaina and Michael III Gottschalk; two step-grandchildren, Tyler and Amanda Rezachek; a sister, Margaret Menting of Phlox; five sisters-in-law, Eileen Menting and Jane Menting both of Phlox, Montel Menting of Indiana, Shirley Husnick of Fond du Lac and Rose Husnick of Elcho; five brothers-in-law, Jim (Loretta) Husnick, Ken (Aggie) Husnick, Ray (Judy) Husnick, Don (Ginger) Husnick and Herb (Kitty) Husnick all of Antigo. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, John Menting; two grandchildren, Andrew and Allison Menting; five sisters, Caroline (William) Watts, Sr. Camilla Menting, Mary Ann (Bill) Bauer, Sr. Mary Anthony Menting and infant sister, Eleanor; four brothers, Roman, Alvin, Harold and Robert; brothers-in-law, Wenzel Husnick Jr. and Leon (Lorraine) Husnick; sister-in-law, Mary (Leonard) Schisel. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Holy Family Catholic Church with Rev. Charles Hoffmann, Deacon Tom Hartman and Deacon Tony Debroux concelebrating. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery with Phlox veterans conducting military honors. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 16 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home and Thursday at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. A parish wake service will be held at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
