life. Kevin was employed as an instrument operator with Whitman Requardt and Associates for the past 3 years. He was also completing land surveying classes at Catonsville Community College, carrying a 4.0 GPA, with only one semester to go. His goal was to become a licensed Land Surveyor in the state of Maryland. Kevin was bright, focused, determined, and hardworking. Kevin leaves behind his parents, Susan and Daniel Ernst of Madison, his sister, Angela Ernst of St. Paul Park, MN, wife Tiffany and son Mark Christian of Odenton, MD, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Geraldine and Gordon Moore and paternal grandparents, JoAn and Bill Ernst. Kevin had a huge, beautiful smile, a contagious laugh, and an even bigger heart. He lived and loved intensely, with all his soul. Kevin put his family first and cared so genuinely about others, always making those he was around feel important. He was funny, engaging, and continuously driven to be the best version of himself, even in the face of adversity. Kevin's spirit lives on in the joy that his son brings to his family and those he comes in contact with, even as his friends and family miss his earthly presence until they meet again.
