A memorial service will take place Saturday 11:00 AM at the Abundant Life Tabernacle, Broadway Kingston.
Inurnment will be private at North Marbletown Cemetery.
Gerald Bryan Thaddeus Joseph Lehmann, formerly of West O' Reilly St. Kingston, died Wednesday June 13, 2018 at Golden Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Kingston. Born the first-born of twins, on December 26, 1936 in Oak Park, Illinois, Gerry graduated Joliet Township High School 1953 and a was a graduate of a once-Christian College, but not now, in 1957. He did community development work in Mexico in lieu of military service in 1959-1961. Gerry hiked across Europe and twelve countries during 1963 and was three miles from Berlin the day the Berlin Wall went up. He served with the Mennonite Central Committee in Uganda 1984-1986. He married Patricia Diane Van Wagner June 26, 1993. Was cofounder of Buyamba, Inc., an organization that supports and educates 1500 (by 2010) Ugandan orphans or poor children in its own modern schools in Kansauqa Parish, Kampala Uganda.

ther Frederick Lewis died previously in 1994 and younger brother Donald died in 2015. He is survived by his wife Patricia Diane Lehmann; step son Richard Coughlin, a sister in law Jan Lehmann, a sister Elizabeth, and numerous nieces and nephews.
