Lynette May Walker
EDGERTON/MONROE-Lynette May Walker, age 62, of Monroe, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. She was born on Oct. 28, 1955, in East Hazel Crest, IL, the daughter of Myron and May (Rasmussen) Stadt. Lynette graduated from Edgerton High School. She married Herman Walker on November 12, 1977 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Edgerton. Lynette loved the outdoors and animals, she had a beautiful flower garden that brought her great joy. She was kind and nurturing to her friends and family and those she cared for. Lynette had a great sense of humor and lived her life carefree. She had a creative side, and crocheted many crafts that were sold and given as gifts to those around her. Her pride and joy were her two sons, Robert and Paul, who she was very proud of and devoted to. Lynette is survived by her husband, Herman; sons, Robert Walker and Paul (Jen Heberling) Walker; grandchildren, Katrina and Lukas Johnson; close friend, Mike Teal; sisters, Carol Suprise, Irma (Keith) Huschka, Debbie (Richard) Purkapile and Brenda (David) Meudt; brother, David (Martha) Stadt; and beloved dog, Maggie.
