grandchildren, Harrison, Gracie, and Jeanette Wear; Nalyn Annepu; Callie Rae and Elliott Jane Vazquez; Bronwyn Hill; and Norah Suchan; siblings, Alan, Stanley and Hannah Watkins, Carole Hansen, Mary Watkins Woodyard and Judy Kay O'Neall. Jeanette was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sibling, aunt and friend. She was ahead of her time as she balanced work and family, using her organizational skills as she raised a large family and worked for local doctors. Her family is convinced that Jeanette could do anything. She and Harold were founding members of St. Mary Magdalen Parish and School, a huge supporter of the Mount Baker Council Boy Scouts of America, served for many years on the Board of the Everett Symphony Orchestra, and was a proud member of the Chinook Indian Nation. Jeanette never met anyone who did not become a friend, whether near home or afar while traveling the world. She was a highly skilled bridge player, consummate hostess, clever wild blackberry forager, masterful pie baker, and tasteful home decorator. Jeanette was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. She was preceded in death by husband of 59 years, Harold, when he passed away in 2012. Nevertheless, she persisted as the benevolent, strong, generous, lively, beautiful and beloved matriarch of the family.
