family, she liked to photograph nature. She enjoyed many things in nature though and was an animal lover. You would always find her feeding the birds and deer or out in her garden. Loretta looked forward to traveling out west, and being able to see the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone National Park were some of her favorites. She was also a huge supporter and avid cheerleader for all sporting events for both Lorain High School and Amherst Marion L. Steele High School. She could be heard cheering extra loud for Lorain High's Athletic Teams and Amherst's baseball team. In between her many hobbies and with extra time, she liked to settle in and read a good book.
She is going to be missed dearly by her husband of 38 years, Dr.David A. Rositano, her children; Matthew Rositano and Lynne (Brandon Wilhelm) Rositano, and her granddaughter, Cecilia. She is also survived by her siblings; John (Lori) Born, Deanie (Frank) Shukait, Doug (Linda) Born, and Mitch Mitchell, as well as many nieces, nephews, and family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 4-8 pm, in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. Her funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July24, 2018, at 9:30 am, at the Church of St. Peter, 3655 Oberlin Avenue, Lorain. Please meet at Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
