James Franklin Strozier III "Frank" was born October 12, 1948 in Athens, Georgia to Frank and Dorothy Strozier. While in the outdoors, doing what he loved, Frank went to be with the Lord on July 20, 2018 at the age of 69.
Frank earned a degree in Zoology/Wildlife Management from Oklahoma State University. After college, he began working for the Tulsa City-County Health Department and retired after 41 years of service. Frank spent his career mentoring, training, and sharing his knowledge with others. He spoke from his heart and was passionate about his job and coworkers.
Frank held tight to an unwavering faith in God, an extremely close intimacy with his family, and an unprecedented love for the outdoors. During retirement, Frank's 2-year old grandson was his main source of love and joy. Frank was friends with everyone he met and will be missed by all those left behind! Frank passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018. He was 69.
