Jeff "JB" Boelter, 54, of Winona, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at his home. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 30, 2018 at Central Lutheran Church, with Rev. Mark Zaske officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m., Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Hoff Celebration of Life Center, Goodview, and one hour prior to the service at the church.
