Frank Raymond Prozzillo, 79, of Hialeah, Florida, passed away on July 25th, 2018 in Hialeah, Florida.
A Memorial Service will be held 6:00pm - 8:00pm Saturday, August 4th, 2018 at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home at 6301 Taft Street in Hollywood, Florida 33024.
Frank was born in Fairmont, West Virginia on December 26th 1938. He went to school in Philadelphia, PA. At the age of 16, he left school to become a jockey and rode races up and down the East Coast. He married Rosalie Vail on February 24th, 1961 in Miami, Florida. He worked as a jockey in his younger years and started his own business as a Horse Tack Repair Company known as Frank's Tack Repair and worked up until June of 2017 at the age of 78 when he retired.
Frank is survived by wife Rosalie Vail Prozzillo, daughter Kimberly Krapf (Jim Krapf), daughter Ginny Williams (Chris Williams), brother Dominick Prozzillo, sister Phyllis Fitzpatrick, grandchildren Frank Krapf, Andrea Krapf, Kristen Williams, Lindsey Williams, and one great grandchild Kylee Colon.
