Marvin Jones

Marvin Jones, 79, of Centerville died Friday morning, December 26, 2003 at Golden Age Care Center in Centerville. He was born May 23, 1924 at Talmadge, Iowa the son of Marvin and (Kalkas) Jones. He was married to Beulah Irene Watts April 5, 1957 at Rock Island, IL. He was a retired truck driver who loved nature shows and tinkering on cars. He is survived by four children Marvin Jones of Centerville, Doug Jones of Des Moines, Ricky Jones of Creston, Iowa, and Sandy Jones of Winterset, Iowa, 5 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home with Pastor Conrad Thompson officiating. Friends may call Monday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
