Raymond F Kotzian, age 89, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2018, at the Tidewell Hospice House, in Englewood, Florida. He was born on January 19, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan.
Raymond was a Korean War Vet, in the Air Force, lived 3 ½ years in Japan. He worked for 35 years for Ford Motor Company, loved golfing and all Detroit sports, was a member of American Legion of Rotonda West, FL and Rotonda Golf and Country Club. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Terri Kotzian, daughters Lauren Alexander & Nancy Carney (Joe) and son Randy (Julie) Grebeck.
Brother-in-Law of Hattie (Bob) Loftis, Ray (Gail) Cislo, Dan (Dorthy) Cislo, Jerry (Carol) Cislo, Joe (Shirley) Cislo and MayyAnn (Ed) Harkins. Grandchildren, Ashley, Lauren, Alex, Leah & Hailey, and a great-granddaughter Eva, as well as many nieces, nephews & cousins in Michigan & Florida.
An Honor guard Service with Military Honors will take place @ Sarasota National Cemetery Friday September 7 @ 10:30 am. To celebrate the wonderful life Ray had.
