Frank A. Kish, 79, passed away at his home in Port Charlotte, FL on August 22, 2018. He was born April 12, 1939 in Bannock, OH to Frank and Sophie Kish. Frank was employed at the Ohio River Collieries Co. in Lafferty, Ohio as an Oiler-on-a-dragline and a heavy equipment operator.
He retired to Port Charlotte in 1990 from Lafferty and worked as a ramp service clerk at the SW International Airport in Ft Myers, FL for American Eagle Airlines.
He was a former parishioner of St Mary's Catholic Church and as an Army Veteran, was a member of the VFW.
He is survived by his wife Sheila (nee Foringer) Kish, whom he married in 1961; their two daughters, Dayna Kish of Port Charlotte, FL and Denise (Scott) Kildow of Galloway, OH and his sister, Diane (John) Frollini of Lafferty, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Graveside Service will be held at the Gates of Heaven Cemetery in Lafferty at a later date.
