e or hunting grounds. He was an active long time member of the Y.M.C.A. , where he enjoyed exercising and socializing with friends. He developed an interest in local history, collecting photos and information about West Burlington, and the former CB & Q rail shops, and providing slide programs for various local organizations. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Rosemarie; two sons, Michael of Schaumburg, Illinois, John of Streamwood, Illinois; two daughters, Jean of West Burlington, Terri of North Liberty. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
