Words cannot express how deeply saddened I am for your family. I have always admired your closeness and persevering spirit. From what Athena has always told me Carlos touched a lot of people’s lives and he used his life in the pursuit of helping &
healing all those he could. I hope your grief is combined with pride and love for the life you built together.

Carlos was an amazing person and a lead a remarkable life. I know of no one else who attacked life with such positivity and encouraged others to do the same.. I was truly lucky that I got to know him before I retired.
