Obituary: OBITUARY   Mr. Richard Wayne Garner Sr., son of the late Ullus Murphy Garner and Mabel Joy Nichol was born October 10, 1946 in Columbus, Georgia. At an early age he moved to Dallas, TX and made Texas home ever since.   Mr. Garner lived a generous spirit filled life with a magnetic personality, he was loved by many. Richard loved his family and friends relentlessly and his life and influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew him. He peacefully departed this life Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at his home of 22 years in Bedford, TX.   His life will forever be cherished in the lives of his children: Son Richard Garner Jr. of Frisco TX, Daughter Christine Garner and son-in-law Monty Amador of Dallas TX, Daughter Kelley Cummings of Hurst TX, Son Brian Culver and daughter-in-law Amy Culver of Haslet TX, seven grandchildren, one great grandchild; Brother, David Garner and sister-in-law Beth Garner of Pleasant Grove TX; and four beloved nephews Wallace, Richard, Darren "Chance" and Danial Garner.   WORDS OF APPRECIATION Our hearts have been made to rejoice during the illness and passing of our loved one by the many acts of kindn...[more]
