greatly enjoyed using his expertise as a builder to design and build numerous projects at his children's homes. He also enjoyed working on cars and trucks, helping his sons and grandsons with their car repairs. Peter was known for wearing a hat all day long and sometimes even sleeping with his hat on. His favorite hat was a WWII Museum souvenir hat along with a miniature tank that his grandson and great grandson, Steve and Kyle, gave him from one of their Boy Scout outings. Peter is survived by his beloved wife of 71 years Tillie I. (nee Widziak) Salemno and his children Peter M. Salemno, Jr. (Kathleen) of Montgomeryville, Frank Salemno (Beverly) of Lansdale, John Salemno (Linda) of Perkasie, Thomas Salemno (Patty) of Harleysville, Regina Plesser (Jefferey) of Montgomeryville, and Linda DeMenna of E. Falmouth, MA.. He is the Grandfather of 13 and Great Grandfather of 17. He was preceded in death by two grandsons Mikey Salemno and Tommy Salemno.
