Benjamin Byrn

Benjamin Jennings Byrn, age 57, passed from this life Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at his home in Moravia, Iowa. Benjamin was born October 23, 1948 the son of Henry and Edith (Franklin) Byrn in Winfield, Iowa. He worked for C.M. Auto in Moravia and then for Albia Motors. He married Lenore Blanchard in Albia, Iowa on November 1, 1975. He was preceded in death by his father, two sisters; Mary Jane Byrn and Bessie (Betty) Laverne Jennings, grandmother; Dorothy Franklin and other grandparents. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife of thirty years, Lenore Blanchard of Moravia, his mother Edith Grove of Lineville, Iowa, his sisters; Ruby Phillips of Des Moines, Iowa, Nettie P. Tuttle of Seymour, Iowa, and Beverly Wren of Centerville, Iowa, a brother David Holloway and his wife Cathy of Lineville, Iowa, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 13, 2006 at 1:30 PM at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home with Gerald Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at the Sunnyside Cemetery, Milton, Iowa.
