ble. She placed the highest priority on being fully present and available for family and friends. She was always ready to chat about any topic, from the latest news story to your plans for dinner. She loved helping her friends shop for the perfect gift or bargain. Second, she had a good sense of humor about herself. This endeared her to close family, and aided in many honest and full-of-growth conversations over the years. Third, she was clearly principled. Dianne had a firm set of beliefs that she stayed true to in every decision. She loved Jesus, her family, and friends dearly and never let this core value waiver throughout her life. Because of this, Dianne was truly a venerable woman loved by so many. Dianne was a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and served as chairman for the Good Citizen's Essay committee for the Horseshoe Prairie chapter in Noblesville, IN. She also served as secretary for the Paisano chapter in Alpine, TX. She enjoyed promoting a love of our country, and was concerned about causes, such as care for brave veterans. She had a variety of interests including archaeology, ancient history, art, genealogy, Shakespeare, and astronomy. One of the last e-mails she sent was a lively discussion over Agamemnon's mask. A dream of hers came true when she visited Pompeii, as she had a real appreciation for history and preservation of that history in particular. Many memorable nights in the Foxworthy household were spent with an atlas open, choosing a next place to visit with the family. Dianne is survived by a loving and heartbroken family including her husband Brian, daughter Susanna Scott (Daniel) and two-year old grandson, Theodore Scott. She is preceded in death by her brother, Kim Watson. In lieu of flowers, you may also make a donation to Dianne's favorite charity, Guiding Eyes for the Blind, 611 Granite Springs Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. Susanna and her father respectfully request that you help them keep alive Dianne's memory by writing a letter to Theo, detailing your favorite memory of her. Later in his life, Theo will surely appreciate these stories about his Foxma. A visitation will be held from 10-12 am on Monday, October 1st, at Crown Hill Funeral Home. Service and burial will directly follow. A Celebration of Life will also be held.
