Don Cronin

Don Cronin, age 67, died Monday, November 13, 2006 at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville, Iowa. Don was born April 20, 1939 the son of Ralph and Doris (Dickinson) Cronin in Atlantic, IA. Don graduated from Grand Junction High School and then furthered his education at Iowa State University. He married Peggy Louise Flook November 17, 1972 in Glenwood Springs, CO. Don owned a plumbing and electrical business in Paton, Iowa. Don and Peggy moved to rural Moulton in 1981 where he worked the last seventeen years delivering mail for the Untied States Postal Service. Don loved steam locomotives and spending time with his family. He enjoyed the personal contact with the postal patrons on his rural route. Don was a true nature lover. lliamsburg, IA. Don was preceded in death by his mother, Doris; father, Ralph; and a sister, Shirley Cronin. A memorial service will be held 11 AM, Thursday, November 16, 2006 at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, Centerville. A light lunch will follow at 12:30 PM at the Exline Community Center. A memorial will be established in Don's name and will be decided upon at a later date. They may be left at or mailed to the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, 1900 S 18th St., Centerville, IA 52544.
