Mr. Rogelio Odvina Tibayan

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rogelio (Roger) Tibayan. He peacefully passed away surrounded by family and friends on Sunday, October 7, 2018. He was born on June 17, 1946 in Naic, Cavite, Philippines. Rogelio was preceded in death by his parents Hilarion and Dolores, sister Felicitas, brother Romeo, and brother Jesus. Rogelio leaves behind his devoted and loving wife of 45 years, Fe; son Michael, daughter Melodee, grandchildren Anthony and Dominic, siblings, in-laws & their spouses: brother Neil & Lilia, sister Myrna, brother Edgardo, and sister Lorna & Rick and their respective children and grandchildren. In addition, Rogelio leaves behind numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, a beloved brother, and dependable friend. He had the biggest heart, always helping others above himself. We will miss his compassion, kindness, joy, welcoming smile, sense of humor and laughter, which he takes with him to heaven.
