Brentley, granddaughter Lisa Thomas, her husband Ben Thomas, and their children Haley, and Logan. Son-in-law, Cindy's husband Craig Copeland, and their children Ryan, and Chad. Raymond also considered an adopted member of the family, Steven Daniels to be part of his family.
Beyond his family Raymond, or Papaw, was a man of the land. He was very active in Scouts and camping during his life. Later in life he purchased a piece of land in Grape Creek, where he patrolled the grounds on his golf cart, fed the deer, and spent time with the dogs he loved Freckles, and Rip.
Many a person hunted on his land, or brought out something to be fixed. Working with his hands and helping out his friends was in his blood, he was a loyal and giving beyond what most could expect to receive; many were lucky to call him a friend. Family, and friends will miss him dearly, and remember him in our lives- may we all be as loyal and giving to his measure.
Those who want to show their respects can be at the Cross Point Fellowship Church, 4420 Coliseum Drive at 11am, Monday, November 5, 2018.
