sy enough, Gina also opened a small gift shop located in the Ice Harbor Emporium and The Fussy Lady. In addition, she worked side by side with her husband owning and operating Tri A Transportation trucking company for twelve years. Gina returned to Dubuque Orthodontics Associates after a nearly 20-year break and was very devoted to her job, even through her difficult treatments.
Gina enjoyed following her daughters' activities and was their #1 cheerleader through sports and life. She always found time to volunteer at St. Columbkille School and church functions. She enjoyed walking for exercise and would often walk in the mornings before work with her husband Kevin and good friend/neighbor Jeanie. Gina had an eye for decorating. She loved hosting family holidays and will be remembered for her tiny Christmas cookies and turning her home into a Christmas wonderland. You would often find Gina relaxing by her pool on hot summer days.
Gina will always be remembered as the best mom, wife, friend and "Stick" (a nickname she was given for her love of sticky buns). She will forever be held close to our hearts, reminding us "IT'S A GOOD DAY FOR A GOOD DAY".
