mber of 2017. She was a member of Third Church in Pella where she was active in prayer ministry and on the Crisis Care Team. She and Randy also volunteered many hours at The Well in Pella and looked forward to helping with the Getting Ahead Program. She was very talented at making jewelry with semi-precious gems. She and Randy traveled all over the mid-west setting up at art shows to sell her jewelry. Kathy had a lifelong deep-rooted Faith in Jesus Christ, she was a prayer warrior for her family, friends, church, and anyone in need. She was a member of the Pella Business Women and was active during Tulip Time in the Dutch Market.
Her family includes her husband, Randy Sinclair of Pella; two children: Chad (Tabitha) Sinclair of Montezuma and Sarah (Alex) Greazel of Clive; four grandchildren: Blake, Cade, Geneva, Violet; three sisters: Barbara Hastings of Amana, Phyllis Allgood of Wisconsin, and Marcia Michelson of Florida; two brothers: Jerry Malloy of Florida and Dale (Sally) Malloy of Oskaloosa; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; parents in law Kenneth and Lena Sinclair; 3 sisters Jean DeJong, Joan Hodson and JoAnn Malloy; 3 brothers: Donald, Jack and Kenneth Malloy; a brother-in-law, Albert Sinclair
A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. in the Third Church at Pella with Reverend Kevin Korver and Phil DeBoef officiating. As was Kathy's wish her body has been cremated. The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will begin Wednesday after 11 a.m. in the Bates Funeral Chapel and the family will be at the funeral chapel from 5-7 Wednesday evening to greet friends and relatives. Memorials may be made to The Well and The Kingdom Network Ministries International.
