Kenneth Guy Parks,

Kenneth Guy Parks, Sr., 78 of Council Bluffs passed away October 17, 2018 at the VA Hospital in Omaha. He was born January 15, 1940 to Mae Hogue and Irvin Sarr who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by his daughter Barbara Hollinger and granddaughter Amber Lynn Parks. Kenneth is survived by his wife Jeanette; children John Parks, Penny and husband Dennis Bruha, Kenneth Parks, Jr., Timothy and Lorri Parks and Reuben Parks. Sixteen grandchildren, fifteen great grand children and one great great-grandchild; sister Mary Cleaver.
