ender. He then worked for Clinton Engines in Maquoketa and farmed near Emeline for over 20 years. He later worked for T & J Manufacturing in Maquoketa for several years as a welder retiring in 1989.
Orlie was a member of the Maquoketa American Legion Post #75 and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Club of Maquoketa. He was a former member of the Maquoketa VFW Post #3633 O'Connor-Regenwether. He loved bowling was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing- especially in Iowa and Minnesota.
Orlie is survived by: children- Dennis(Gaye) Storlie of Maquoketa IA Doug(Karen) Storlie of Dubuque IA Ron(Rue) Storlie of Davenport IA Don(Manette) Storlie of Moline IL Deb Falconer of Davenport IA & Denise(Mrs. David) Bren of Maquoketa IA; 12 grandchildren 4 great-grandchildren; 1 sister- Mona(Mrs. George) Garlinger of Roswell NM; & his 2nd Wife- Betty Dunne. He was preceded in death by his parents his wife- Carrie 2 brothers & 3 sisters.
