Richard B. Foster Jr.

Richard B. Foster, Ir. INDIANAPOLIS Richard B. (Dick) Foster passed away November 21, 2018 at the age of 90. He was born in Chicago, IL on December 17 1927 to Richard B. and Lydia (Palicka) Foster. He was a mechanical engineer and worked for Western Electric for 38 Years in product design. Dick worked for White's Ace Hardware-Carmel for over 20 Years and was an active member of Broad Ripple Sertoma. He was a member of Second Presbyterian Church. Dick is survived by his wife, Patricia and three children, Meg Shanley (Mike), Andrea Foster, and Rick Foster (Penny). Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery is handling arrangements. There will be no calling or services. Memorial contributions can be to The American Cancer Society and Second Presbyterian Church.
