Brad "Donut" and Billie "Muffin" renewed their vows on May 26th of this year at St. Matthew Catholic Church, where they had become members several years earlier. Brad enjoyed golfing, racing, bowling, and gambling. He belonged to the PGA, Hawkeye Downs Hornets, and local golf and car clubs. He like to drive his boys around in his restored 1955 Buick Century, and travel, especially to the ocean and Grand Canyon. Brad treasured the time spent with his beloved family, telling stories and messing with everyone around the family fire pit. He had a unique sense of humor, was the kindest person, and will be sincerely missed by his loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, including Richard Burhite and Delores Briner; stepmother, Ellen; uncles, Skip and Gus; and dogs, Rocky and Abbey.
