us work ethic. Kenny was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and enjoyed fishing. He loved the Lord with all his heart and served the church not only as a deacon, but also as a youth minister. A gifted singer, he regularly blessed congregations with song specials and singing in the choir. He was compassionate and selfless to all, even to those he did not know. He touched an untold number of lives.
Kenny's greatest joy in life was his kids and grandkids, involving himself in any way he could. He poured his heart into them, whether as Boy Scout Troop leader, school board member or a fan in the stands at their school activities. His memory will live on through the love and kindness he gave them.
He was preceded in death by his brother Howard Keith Watkins who died in military service in 1980. He is survived by his parents Calvin and Nelda Watkins, brother Glen Edward Watkins, children, grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
