Evelyn Lopez

Evelyn Lopez, 62, passed away December 21, 2018. She was born August 7, 1956 in Cidra, Puerto Rico to Merido Lopez and the late Romona Rosario. Evelyn came to Manatee County a year ago from Nottingham, Alabama. She was a Catholic and enjoyed tending to her plants and gardening. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Sugeiry Santiago (Thomas) of Florida; Vevolina Serrano (Mayela) of Alabama; Jagaida Santiago of New York; Evelyn Roman of Alabama; and Ismael Santiago, Jr. of Florida; brother, Tommy Rodriguez of Massachusetts; sister, Ivette Santiago of Alabama; grandchildren, Lexus Santos, Justine Torres and Samantha Santos of Florida; and Erica, Amanda, Raul and Rosie of Alabama and many others.
