He was also employed for the last 13 years as a greeter for Pine Belt Subaru of Lakewood, NJ. He was a dedicated employee and was well liked by his co-workers. He left this earth with his greatest gift of being able to be a donor for those suffering and in need. Joe & Joan were parent-chaperones for the Windjammers Drum Corps. Brick, NJ for many years and traveled the byways of NJ, NY, CN, & PA. Joe is also survived by his beloved children Shaun Egan, Toms River and Rebecca Egan-Nunez, Toms River, and his 5 grandchildren, Kathryn "Katie" Shaw (Andrew), Kelly Egan, and Shane Egan, , Jared Egan and Ramon Nunez.
