Clayton Roger Wakefield

Tony (Clayton) Wakefield, son of Clayton Wakefield Sr. and the late Rosalie Wakefield left this earthly realm Sunday December 23rd 2018 after a long battle with illness. Tony was born June 27, 1967 in Lewiston, NY and moved with his family to Florida as a child. He was a writer, a poet, a lover of nature and an animal advocate. Tony had a career as a warehouse manager and spent many years enjoying adventures across the country. He was an insatiable learner but his greatest joy came from teaching others. Tony was a proud board member for Farmhouse Animal & Nature Sanctuary. Tony was predeceased by his beloved mother Rosalie, his maternal grandparents Louis and Josephine Reele, his paternal grandparents Clayton and Blanche Wakefield and his stepson Christopher Ervin. His memory will be cherished in the lives of his children Clayton J Wakefield and Kayla Wakefield, Toni Chey Wakefield and Trevor Samelak; his father Clayton R. Wakefield Sr.; his grandchildren Joel, Emma, Andrew and baby to be; his siblings Lisa (Wakefield) & Dave Burns, Sarah (Wakefield) & Brett Davis as well as his many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
