Elsie was an amazing woman with many talents and her love for others shined with everything she did. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and cherished friends. Elsie was preceded in death by her parents, and family members, Ben and Josephine Schwertner, Lucy and Louis Cmerek, Marie and William Wilde, Armin and Lena Mae Schwertner, Alfred and Louise Schwertner and Henry Sturm. She is survived by her Brother, Andrew Schwertner and his wife Rosa, of Lowake, TX; her Sister Rosalie Sturm, of Wall; and numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and close friends. The Vigil Service will be 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 1, 2018 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, January 2, 2018 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Ambrose Catholic Church Cemetery. The Family would like to thank all who took care of Elsie, especially the caring staff at The Springs.
