Lynnette Rae Nichols

Lynnette Rae Nichols, 57, of Cedar Falls, died at UnityPoint Allen Hospital, on Friday, January 4, 2019 from complications of a lengthy illness. Lynnette was born on February 11, 1961 in Waterloo, the daughter of Gary and Rose (Mitchell) Stern. She attended Waterloo West High School Lynnette married Don Nichols; he preceded her in death. She was self-employed.  Lynnette attended First United Methodist Church in Cedar Falls. She loved animals, especially dogs.  Survived by her step-dad, Michael Spooner of Waterloo; brother, Les Stern of Evansdale; partner, J.C. Muncy of Cedar Falls; niece, Caitlyn Rose (Alex) Lovette; great-niece, Eleanor Rose Lovette; and many cousins.  Preceded in death by her mom, Rose Ann Spooner and a brother, Scott Allen Stern.
