Jack Brock

John "Jack" Brock, 53, of Pembroke Pines, FL passed away due to a tragic car accident in St. Thomas, USVI on January 18, 2019. Born in Hialeah, FL to James and Patricia Brock, he was one of eight children. Jack's daily mission was to be the best husband and father to his precious family. As his brother Paul stated, "He did it right." No one had to question how loved they were by Jack. He expressed it daily in both words and actions. A family of faith, the Brocks regularly attended church and Jack prayed daily. Jack's beautiful smile, cheerful demeanor, sense of humor and constant giving will be greatly missed. Jack kept the following quote on his desk, "When one gives ALL one can give to help another with NO thought of ANY rewards, then you can feel good without it being prideful." Jack gave of himself each and every day to family, friends and strangers. But it was his wife and children that garnered unconditional and profound love every minute of every day. Jack was preceded in death by his father, Jim, and his sister, Judy and his father-in-law, Donald. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mark Catholic Church (Southwest Ranches), 12:00 Noon, Saturday, January 26, 2019. Jack will be laid to rest in a private ceremony with only immediate family in attendance.
