Ruth Ann Faust

Ruth Ann Faust, of Ambler, died peacefully on Tuesday February 12, 2019 at Springhouse Estates in Lower Gwynedd, PA. She was 91 years old. Born in Ambler, Ruth Ann was the daughter of the late Henry and Letitia (nee Phipps) Faust. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Florence E. Yeany and Edith F. Rhoderick. Ruth Ann was a 1944 graduate of Ambler High School. She was employed as a programmer for the General Accident Insurance Company until her retirement in 1993. Ruth Ann was a faithful member of Upper Dublin Lutheran Church. She was an avid bowler and belonged to several leagues throughout the years. She enjoyed spending time in her garden, went on many trips in the US and abroad, and was a cat lover. She was a baseball fan and loved her Phillies. Ruth Ann was a voracious knitter and crocheter and was a member of the Needlework Guild. Ruth Ann is survived by her dear nieces and nephews; Philip (Judeth) Yeany, Louise (David) Pool, Henry (Davina) Yeany, Bruce (Mary) Yeany, Letitia Walter, and many great nieces and nephews.
